Tri-County Literacy Council

The Tri-County Literacy Council is a community-based, non-profit organization. The Council assesses learners, helps them set goals and provides the help they need to excel at reading, writing, math, and computer skills.

The Tri-County Literacy Council offers a variety of free training programs and offers different methods of instruction including one-on-one with a tutor, online or in a small group classroom.
